In the Employees Provident Fund, the Form 19 will give their members the flexibility to withdraw their PF Balance even after they quit their job, at the time of retirement, termination or superannuation. The subscribers have to fill up the form 19 and should submit it for final settlement of PF dues. Under the rules & regulations the EPF Form 19 should be filled by the member with correct information, correct details, following which, it should be attested by the employer for smooth and quicker settlement.
This Form contains 2 pages that everyone has to fill if they want their PF Balance even after they quitting their job. The following details are:

✭ Date of leaving
✭ PF account number
✭ IFSC code
✭ Bank account number
✭ PAN number
✭ Form 15G /15H (for senior citizens and members under income tax limit respectively)
WHAT IS THE “Settlement” UNDER EPF ACCOUNT
If anyone wants a settlement in their EPF account, they have to fill in the Form 19 which can be easily obtained by downloading from the official sources of EPFO: www.epfindia.org.in. In Form 19 there is some sort of important details that the member has to fill in before submitting the form to their previous employer.
What If You Forgot Your EPF Account Number?
In many cases the employer’s who are working on a salary basis, sometimes forgot their EPF account numbers. So, if that happens there is an option for them to go to the human resources department of their companies and can make an official request, which in turn, may establish contact with the ex-employers of their employees.
In some cases, the ex-employer doesn’t help their salaried employees because they may have quit their establishment under unfavourable circumstances. So, if that happens the members can fill up the Settlement Form (form 19) with all of their details because they have to get it attested by their current bank manager.

Giving the Identity Proof is the second point that all members have to complete. After that, Form 19 should be submitted to the nearest regional PF manager for authentication seal & approval.

✭ Member’s Name (in capital letters, The name in a bank account and claim form should not differ).
✭ Father’s name (in capital letters, The name in a bank account and claim form should not differ).
✭ Date of birth – DOB
✭ Complete address & Name of the Establishment.
✭ PF account number.
✭ Universal Account Number – UAN
✭ Joining Date (establishment)
✭ Date of leaving service

- Voluntary Retirement Scheme
- Migrating abroad (permanently)
- Resigning (claim should be submitted after two months of leaving service)
