The EPFO has their own grievance portal where a member of Employees Provident Fund Organisation can submit His/Her complaint online for a quick action.

EPF Grievance Complaint Will Resolved Till 31st March

The EPFO has asked the officers in the circulars issued to all their offices to ensure that no complaint is pending till the end of the financial year.

EPFO has already set a target to settle all complaints till the end of the financial year on March 23, 2018, by Grievance Portal EPFIGMS and CPGRS.

ईपीएफओ ने अपने सभी एडिशनल सेंट्रल पीएफ कमिश्‍नर जोन और रीजनल पीएफ कमिश्‍नरों को जारी सर्कुलर में कहा है कि जैसा कि आप लोग जानते हैं कि फाइनेंशियल ईयर जल्‍द ही खत्‍म होने वाला है। यह देखा गया है कि दोनों ग्रिवांस पोर्टल पर बड़ी संख्‍या में मेंबर्स की शिकायतें लंबित हैं। इसके अलावा लंबित शिकायतों की संख्‍या दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ रही है। ऐसे में लंबित शिकायतों की संख्‍या में कमी लाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किए जाने की जरूरत है। लंबित शिकायतों की समीक्षा लेबर सेक्रेटरी और प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के स्‍तर पर भी की जा रही है। Source – money.bhaskar.com

In the Circular it has been said that The complaints should review and resolved quickly by taking the necessary steps to settle the complaints. After the complaint is resolved, it should also be ensured that the member is satisfied with the solution.

EPF Grievance Complaint Resolve In 7 Days

According to money.bhaskar.com. The Grievance Portal Complaints should be resolved within 7 days. According to the instructions issued by the Labor Secretary, complaints coming to Grievance Portal should not be pending for more than 7 days.
