New Composite PF Withdrawal Forms

In previous, Withdrawing PF amount, Pension amount & PF advance amount withdrawal was done by filling and submitting different Forms like – EPF Form 19, EPF Form 10 C and EPF Form 31. However, Now the member doesn’t need to fill up those PF withdrawal forms for different withdrawals. A single page EPF composite claim form either Aadhar or Non-Aadhar will be enough.

When EPFO launched New Composite PF Withdrawal Forms for their subscribers, the motive behind is to ease the process of withdrawing PF, pension and partial withdrawal from EPF account.

The forms that EPFO has introduced contains just single page format and have two different categories like:

  • EPF Composite Claim Form Aadhar.
  • EPF Composite Claim Form Non-Aadhar.

How To Fill EPF Composite Claim Form Non-Aadhar

The new EPF composite claim form NON-AADHAR is useful for those EPF subscribers whose details are missing in EPF unified portal. After filling this form the member has to attest it to the employer and submit it to their regional EPF office.

Column 1 – The member has to select both PF and pension if you are claiming both. If the member is withdrawing the partial amount from EPF then one has to tick on Partial PF withdrawal option.

Column 2 – Name of the claimant (Block Letters)

Column 3 – Fill in UAN number but in case it’s not available then one has to mention his/her PF member ID.

Column 4 – Fill in your Aadhar Card Number.

Column 5 – Here the member has to give the relationship details of the member like: Father’s name or Husband’s name.

Column 6 – Fill in your Date of Birth (DOB).

Column 7 – Date of Joining in the establishment.

Column 8 – here one has to provide his/her last date of working.

Column 9 – Write down the details if the service time is less than 5 years and withdrawing PF amount is more than Rs 15,000.

Column 10 – Mention details if withdrawing the partial amount from EPF.

Column 11 – Here the member has to provide his/her bank account number, IFSC code and bank address.

Column 12 – Full address of the member.

Note: In case the claim is rejected due to some reason, it will be returned to your provided address. Both employee and employer signatures are required on this form.

How To Fill EPF Composite Claim Form Aadhar

The leading benefit of this form Aadhar is that the EPF subscribers can easily withdraw their PF withdrawal, and they don’t need to take attestation of their employers.

However, in order to enjoy the benefits under this, the employee must have to link his/her UAN number with bank account number and Aadhar number.
